Best experience in residency so far: Of course, all the beautiful deliveries and fun surgeries. I love the continuity of care we provide our patients, it can be so rewarding to follow someone through their pregnancy. Aside from patient experiences it would have to be pranking my chief resident on his last call shift with the rest of the team, attending, and even our patients!
Hobbies: Taking care of my many house plants, Yoga, Pilates, reading fantasy novels and hanging out with my crazy Husky
What I like about this program: I know we all say this, but the people. I have made some of my best friends in this program. And of course, the complexity of our patient population always keeps us on our toes!

Hobbies: Gardening, reading, spending time with my dog and my husband
What I like about this program: Taking care of the women of Eastern North Carolina is an incredible honor and responsibility. Our program serves as the sole high-risk OB provider for the whole northeast part of the state, so getting to be there for our patients is something very special. None of this would be possible without the support and understanding that we as residents have for each other.
